3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Selected delivery timeframe

Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain value, as specified on our platform at the time of checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Verification

Upon delivery, our delivery executive may request verification of the recipient's identity through OTP, digital signature, or other verification methods to ensure the order is delivered to the right person.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery executive is unable to deliver your order due to your unavailability or incorrect address information, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to our facility, and you may be charged a redelivery fee for subsequent delivery attempts.

6. Product Quality and Condition

We take utmost care to ensure that all products are properly packaged and delivered in optimal condition. If you receive any damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
